A: You can find us in FAIRVIEW Pointe Claire Mall in Montreal. We’re conveniently located for in-person fittings, style consultations, and exclusive in-store promotions.

A: At this time, REBEL is an in-store shopping experience only. We believe in hands-on service, expert advice, and finding the perfect fit through real interaction — something online shopping just can’t replicate.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Q: What is your return policy?
A: REBEL does not offer refunds, but we do allow exchanges within 30 days of your purchase — as long as the item is unworn, unaltered, with original tags attached, and accompanied by a proof of purchase.
Q: Can I exchange an item after wearing it once?
A: Unfortunately, once a suit has been worn or altered, we can no longer accept it for exchange. We highly encourage customers to try their purchase on at home before removing any tags or making alterations.
Q: Can I exchange an item without a receipt?
A: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all exchanges. We recommend keeping your receipt or asking for a digital copy at checkout for convenience.
