Returns & Exchanges


At REBEL, we stand behind the quality, style, and craftsmanship of every suit we sell. While we do not offer refunds, we believe in making things right if your item isn’t exactly what you need — as long as it meets the conditions below.

Our Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase, with proof of sale.
This applies to in-store purchases only.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be unworn and unwashed
  • All tags must still be attached
  • You must present a valid receipt or proof of purchase
  • The item must be in original, sellable condition

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
This policy ensures that every item on our floor is new, clean, and ready for our customers.

If your suit doesn’t fit quite right or you’ve changed your mind about the style, we’ll help you exchange it for another size or a different piece that better suits you.

Altered or Damaged Items

We are unable to accept exchanges on:

  • Items that have been altered or tailored
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or odors
  • Clearance or final sale items (as marked)

Please try your suit on at home before making any alterations. Our team can assist you with size checks and fitting before you commit to changes.

Special Orders & Group Purchases

Special orders and bulk/group purchases may be subject to different policies. Please speak with a REBEL team member prior to ordering if you're buying for:

  • Wedding parties
  • Corporate events
  • Custom or out-of-stock requests

Exchange Timeframe

  • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to exchange your item.
  • Exchanges must be made in-store at our location in FAIRVIEW Pointe Claire Mall.
  • We do not accept returns by mail or courier.
