By using this website or shopping at REBEL, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. These terms apply to both in-store and online purchases (if applicable).

1. Purchases & Payments

All prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes.
Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, debit, and other approved payment methods.

REBEL reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including for pricing errors, inventory issues, or suspected fraud.

2. Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase, with valid proof of sale, provided the item is:

  • In new, unworn condition
  • Has all original tags attached
  • Not altered, tailored, or damaged

3. Product Availability

All products and promotions are subject to availability.
Inventory levels may vary, and REBEL does not guarantee stock for any item, size, or style. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items at any time without notice.

4. Personal Information

By using our services or website, you agree to the collection and use of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We take your privacy seriously and never sell your information to third parties.

5. Marketing & Promotions

Promotions, contests, and discounts may be offered for a limited time and are subject to change without notice.
Only one promotion may be applied per transaction unless otherwise stated.
Images used in advertising are for illustrative purposes and may not exactly match final product.

6. Gift Cards & Store Credit

  • REBEL gift cards are final sale and non-refundable.
  • Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
  • Store credit may be issued for eligible exchanges and must be used within the timeframe specified at issuance.

7. Alterations & Tailoring

We do not accept returns or exchanges on altered or custom-tailored items.
Tailoring services may be available in-store or via third-party referral, but are not included in the purchase price unless otherwise specified.

8. Limitation of Liability

REBEL is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website, products, or services.
We make no warranties or guarantees, express or implied, beyond what is stated in our product descriptions.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and applicable Canadian federal laws.
By using our services, you agree that any dispute will be handled through local courts in the Province of Quebec.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted means you accept those changes.
